We are well, with an almost two-month old cutie filling our days (and nights). I'll have to post some one and two month pictures in the next few days!
- We are getting about 110 eggs a day. Time to start marketing a little harder! Check out a recipe post and poll I just posted to our Farm Blog.
- We have a hoop house that looks like this:
- I finally landscaped my front yard (a little). Pictures forthcoming, but it is SO rewarding to see flowers and order out there in place of weeds and general ugliness. Many thanks to my friend, Rachel, who came over and helped me take out sod, plant pretty things, and even added a few of her own plants, mulch, and border rocks!
- We now have three piglets that are about as big as Eleanor. She's cuter, but they are adorable for now.
I will leave you with a picture from Easter...not great, but I am glad they were all so happy, even if it did make for some big mouths:

Umm....wish we could purchase some of those eggs...I keep thinking about chickens, and then I think about our neighbors... ;-)
The hoop house sounds VERY interesting.
Looking forward to the pics of the cuties and the landscaping project...but I totally understand the lack of blogging. Warm weather came and the blog moved to the bottom of the priority list.
